Bachelor’s Degree with three (3) years relevant experience or three years National Diploma with four years relevant experience. High-level computer literacy in Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel.
Duties:
Central administration and general office support for the Faculty Manager Office with high-level report preparation, including preparation of meeting agenda and minutes writing for report purposes. To assist the Faculty Manager in managing and overseeing Faculty-wide administrative and operational services. (Administrative and operational services include programmes and student administration, facilities and resource management, human resources management, marketing and communications, management information, governance, and the integration of financial information into strategies and priorities). To facilitate delivery of the core business of the faculty, which are teaching and learning, research and innovation and community engagement. To advise the Faculty Manager and Faculty Executive Board to ensure the realisation of Faculty strategic and operational plans.
