Job Requirements
A National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field coupled with two
years of experience in administrative support or project coordination (internships/volunteer experience in entrepreneurship environments is advantageous).
Duties:
Providing essential administrative and operational support to the economic activation team, helping to implement and sustain the university’s entrepreneurial initiatives.
Ensuring that the processes such as scheduling, documentation, and data collection are managed efficiently to support the seamless exchange of information across the university.
By assisting with routine tasks and maintaining accurate records, the EAA contributes to the creation of a cohesive environment where academic, administrative, and external stakeholders can collaborate effectively. Underpinning the Economic Activation Office’s mission of deepening engagement among faculty, centers for entrepreneurship, student affairs, technology transfer offices, and other key players in the innovation ecosystem.
