Requirements: 

An appropriate Master’s degree (specialising in data analytics and/or student support) coupled with 5 years of relevant higher education experience preferably in a University setting. Good knowledge of and experience in the higher education sector, preferably in a university setting. Well-developed computer-based application skills (internet, email, presentation software, student information systems, learning management systems etc.). Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Experience in student support/academic advising and enhancement of student success.Experience in coordination of a diverse professional or specialist team

Duties:

• Collaborate with faculties and support units to ensure alignment and coordination of student success initiatives.
• Actively design and refine intervention strategies to support at-risk students.
• Execute and monitor focused academic support programs.
• Conduct data analysis and performance tracking to enable informed, data-driven decisions.
• Promote and strengthen student engagement.
• Provide comprehensive reporting and conduct evaluations to assess impact and effectiveness.
